The latest update to the GRouter4 firmware adds a new serial configuration mode for low bandwidth 852 channels. This mode serializes the updates of channel configuration data to eliminate bursts that might overwhelm a low bandwidth channel. This update also adds enhanced support for authentication. Also included in the update is 852 to 852 channel routing, with its optional briding router mode. Each side of the router can be independently configured in either manual or normal mode.
